How to write

Posted: September 23, 2010 in guidelines, paragraphs, where to start

All articles must be written by you and must be 100% original. No plagiarism. No cut & paste from other sources. We check with copyscape.com, a program that detects copyright violations.
You are free to write anything you want as long it matches the keyword/topic of the article.
If in doubt, the article should be more general than specific.
NO references to other sites or resources, means no URLs (unless requested)
If not otherwise requested, the tone shall be informational and not promotional (not
sounding like an ad or sales letter)
NO company names, product names or brand names (unless requested)
Write naturally, for the reader and not for search engines. The article should be a good
but easy read.
DO NOT overuse keywords. NO keyword spam. Write naturally.
Please write less than 20 words per sentence if possible. Long sentences are hard to read
and people loose interest.
Make paragraphs, it is easier to read. Here the rules:
300 words: at least 6 paragraphs or more
400 words: at least 7 paragraphs or more 500 words: at least 8 paragraphs or more
Write out numbers, instead of using characters:
“These are 3 monkeys”: these are 3 words
“These are three monkeys”: these are 4 words
